Whiskey is distilled from grains through saccharification, fermentation, distillation, aging, and blending. Whisky is a kind of strong distilled liquor brewed from barley and other grains, aged in oak barrels for many years, and blended into about 43 degrees. We use malt as the raw material and briefly introduce the whiskey process: malt crushing → lifting → material water mixing → saccharification, filtration, boiling, rotary sedimentation, heat exchange, oxygenation inoculation fermentation → distillation → aging (oak barrels) → filtration → filling (packaging)

Among them, the pot type distiller, mainly the Charente pot type distiller, is a one-time distillation equipment. To obtain highly distilled liquor, secondary distillation is required, and the process is cumbersome, but the resulting liquor has a better aroma. Another type of equipment is a pot type multifunctional distiller with a tower, which consists of a distiller, reflux device, preheater, onion head, gin column, condenser, and preheater. The equipment can achieve high alcohol production in one distillation, pot distillation, and also manufacture gin. The equipment has complete performance and integrates multiple functions.
