It achieves multiple functions with a reasonable structure and adopts a distillation method combining pot type Charente distillation, tower distillation, double pot distillation, and Almanac distillation.
There is no need for additional two pots of heating. After the liquor is produced, only one pot needs to be heated and the heating is reduced. The secondary distillation pot uses the first stage liquor gas for heating, and the other pot does not need to be heated separately. The heat consumption is greatly reduced. When the processing capacity is the same, the heat consumption is only 1/4 to 1/3 of traditional equipment.
One distillation produces the required high alcohol content without the need for secondary distillation, with no low alcohol tail and significantly reduced distillation time.
During a distillation process, there is no need to pinch the head or tail to extract the liquor, and there is no need to separate the liquor through a separate pipeline, reducing the complexity of the liquor extraction operation and the complexity and maintenance of the equipment.
The full capacity raw liquor is preheated and cooled by utilizing the split flow cooling and condensation of the raw liquor liquid and water. The first stage is improved by using a pot type Charente preheater, and a preheating and cooling pipeline is added at a moderate position. All the heat of the liquor is first heated by the preheater to the raw liquor, while the full amount of the raw liquor is cooled. This method heats and cools the distilled raw liquor without using additional heat sources and cooling water, greatly reducing heat consumption and cooling water consumption. During the distillation process, the cold and heat are constantly exchanged, and the distillation season can basically achieve no consumption of cooling water. The consumption of cooling water is basically zero or trace, and water conservation is obvious.
When distilling high alcohol liquor in a double pot, the pot distillation method is not used. The high alcohol liquor is first distilled (with high methanol, the head and tail need to be removed), and then the low alcohol liquor is connected in series for re distillation. The liquor is always connected in series, and the methanol is low, so there is no need to remove the head and tail.
The alcohol measuring and testing device can place the alcohol meter in the original wine to observe the alcohol content at any time, without the need to take out the alcohol measurement separately, which is intuitive and convenient. The U-shaped design of the alcohol measuring device can filter impurities in the wine and prevent condensation and impurities in the volatile part.
The surface treatment process can be copper paint or polishing.
