The production line equipment for squeezing and extracting juice from pomelo/citrus includes cleaning, lifting and draining, cutting and pressing machines, and fine pulping. The half juicer is a roller type, which first peels the skin before pressing, which can better remove the oil from the skin of citrus and grapefruit and enter the juicing process. Taking 1-2T/H as an example, briefly describe:

1. Surfing style fruit washing machine

Equipment parameters: Processing capacity: 1-2 tons/hour (depending on the type of fruit and vegetable); Total installed capacity: 2.05KW; external dimensions: 2700 × 1050 × 1400mm; lifting section: equipped with a drying fan; This device is suitable for cleaning fruit and vegetable raw materials;

Working principle: The machine consists of a frame, a water tank, a fan (water pump), a hoist, a circulating flushing water pump, and a transmission partDue to the presence of wind (pressure) in the water, fruits and vegetables vigorously roll and stir in the water. The cleaning water is pressurized by a circulating flushing pump and flows back to the inlet nozzle. The nozzle direction is adjustable, and the material can be flushed again by the high-pressure water sprayed out by the nozzle, drifting towards the outlet direction. A hoist is installed at the outlet, and the speed of the hoist can be adjusted (to adjust the hoist speed to the required production capacity) to send the washed fruits and vegetables to the next process;

2. Roll peeling and pressing machine

Working principle: The machine adopts a half cutting principle. After the raw materials enter the machine, they are first cut in half by a half cutter, and half of the fruit is moved by a rotating rollerThe squeezing channel moves, and the juice and fruit pulp are discharged through the sieve. After the skin leaves the squeezing channel, it is discharged from the skin outlet. Depending on the type of fruit being processed, the gap between the squeezing channels is adjusted to achieve satisfactory results;

3. Propelled screw pump

Parameters: Flow rate: 3m ³/h (maximum water flow rate); Power: 1.5KW; Speed: 200~1000r/min; Screw pumps have advantages such as corrosion resistance, acid resistance, and oil resistance, and are suitable for transporting food slurries of various viscosities. In addition, in production processes such as chemical, petroleum, and wastewater treatment, it can be used to transport solutions, slurries, suspensions, gels, etc. with viscosities ranging from 1-1000000 centipoise and without solid particles or lumps;

Structural features and working principle: The pump is mainly composed of a speed regulating motor, a machine base, a rotor, a stator, and a (propulsion screw). Speed regulation during workWhen the motor drives the pump to rotate, the screw (pushing screw) rotates around its own axis on one hand, and on the other hand, it rolls along the inner surface of the liner, forming a sealed chamber of the pump. Every time the screw rotates, the liquid in the sealed chamber advances one pitch forward. Working principle: The electric motor is driven by a belt, causing the scraper installed on the spline to rotate at high speed. When the crushed fruit enters through the feeding portWhen entering the machine, the slurry tray evenly discharges the material to the scraper and sieve. Due to the rotating effect of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder towards the outlet end, and the trajectory of the movement is spiral. The material is scraped by centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the sieve cylinder, and the juice and meat (already in pulp form) are sent to the next process through the sieve holes.
