The company's fermentation control system adopts Siemens S7-200 and S7-1200 controllers, which can be customized according to user control requirements. Temperature control: It can achieve temperature automation control for processes such as cold soaking, alcohol fermentation, apple lactic acid fermentation, freezing, and low-temperature clarification.
Cloud control system: divided into mobile and computer terminals, it can transmit and store PLC control cabinet data in the cloud, and users can remotely monitor through mobile APP and computer. You can operate equipment, monitor various parameters, and optimize process plans from anywhere on the platform.
5、 Filtration and sterilization system
The filtration equipment is an important step before wine filling. The conventional configuration for wine filtration is a plate and frame filter or a cardboard filter. Compared with others, the candle type diatomaceous earth filter is more stable in filtration and less prone to diatomaceous earth falling off.
Our company has analyzed and conducted in-depth research on existing candle type diatomaceous earth filtration systems and equipment in the market and abroad. Based on this, we have developed a candle type diatomaceous earth filtration system and tested it on site at the user's factory. Currently, all parameters have met the requirements of similar products at home and abroad, and have received high praise from the user's factory.
The candle type diatomaceous earth filtration system consists of a candle type diatomaceous earth filtration host, pipeline system, and electrical control system. The candle type diatomaceous earth filtration host consists of a cylindrical conical bottom main filtration tank, a mixing and adding device, a pipeline system, and a material pump; The main filter tank is divided into two parts: the filtrate chamber and the feeding chamber, using a candle core mounting plate. The candle core is fixed to the mounting plate with a special flange, and the sub spherical elliptical end is located above the candle core mounting plate, serving as the filtrate collection chamber. The cylindrical cone bottom is used as the feeding chamber for the filter machine, while the cone bottom is used to collect and discharge diatomaceous earth slurry during the cleaning process and distribute suspension during pre coating and filtration.
The filtered liquor and the added diatomaceous earth enter the bottom of the tank cone together, and through a special jet feeding distributor, diatomaceous earth and other filter aids can be uniformly pre coated or added to the surfaces of each filter candle; Under the action of pressure, the filtered liquor is screened, intercepted, and adsorbed by filter aids such as diatomaceous earth to separate yeast and solid particles.
The system has a good structure, safe operation, short auxiliary working time, and no mechanical transmission components during the entire process of filtration, slag removal, cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization; Using a specially structured candle rod as the filtering element, a combination of circular jet cleaning and gas-liquid interval backwashing cleaning method is adopted to quickly clean and reduce water consumption.
The main filtering element of the system is the wick, with precise pores and stable and reliable filter layers; And the optimized distribution structure of the wick matrix can make the protein precipitation space and the carrying space of diatomaceous earth more reasonable, and the composite filtration life longer; Due to the circular filtering interface of the wick, as the coating continues to thicken, its filtering area will gradually increase; A single pre coating can achieve a larger filtration capacity, so the soil consumption per ton of wine is also less, generally below 1kg/ton of wine.
6、 Filling equipment
According to the actual bottle type of the customer, equipment such as fully automatic bottle punching machine, filling machine, sealing machine, drying machine, coding machine, labeling machine, and sealing machine will be configured.
7、 CIP disinfection equipment
Configure fully automatic CIP cleaning equipment and adjust the scale of the cleaning equipment according to the overall situation of the equipment.
