For the current membrane coating technology, ceramic coating is water-based, but PVDF is still more mature in oil-based technology. The so-called oil-based technology is acetone, and the material used for acetone also has some disadvantages, such as flammability and explosiveness. Its use must be more strict, and environmental protection departments will also control its use. Therefore, some of our clients prefer to use water-based materials, so in our next research and development, we will use more water-based technology to reduce or avoid the use of acetone.
