The temperature controlled fermentation equipment for fruit wine is the core of the production equipment for fruit wine distilled liquor. When the fermented fruit materials enter the fermentation tank, enzymatic hydrolysis, sugar supplementation or non supplementation, mixing, temperature controlled fermentation, especially temperature control, are very important. Our company has developed a fruit wine fermentation tank, which is welded with Maitreya plates or straps on the outside of the inner tank. Through a refrigeration system, the fermentation tank is cooled to maintain a constant temperature during fermentation. We use remote PLC modules and temperature sensors to accurately ensure the fermentation temperature and achieve full and scientific fermentation.

The fruit wine distillation equipment is also the core of preparing distilled spirits. Generally, our company provides customers with a preheated tower multifunctional distillation equipment, which can achieve one-time distillation to prepare high proof spirits, or can perform pot distillation through secondary distillation with preheating. This can greatly reduce energy consumption during the distillation process, and the condensed water can be recycled through a closed cycle system of refrigeration units, which can also reduce water resource consumption. The equipment can adopt a fully automatic control system, which uses pneumatic valves to achieve automatic material feeding, automatic heating and distillation, automatic circulation, and automatic liquor production processes, greatly reducing the need for manual labor.
