On the one hand, it solves the problem of difficult fruit sales and poor efficiency, and on the other hand, it enhances product added value, increases farmers' income, and achieves rural revitalization.

The main equipment of the five major parts mentioned above is in the third part, which is also the core equipment for beer brewing. According to the beer brewing process, the saccharification equipment includes saccharification pot, filtration tank, boiling pot, rotary aging tank, hot water tank, etc. The auxiliary equipment is equipped with plate heat, saccharification distribution cabinet, wort pump, etc. The heating, stirring, and valves of the equipment are basically self controlled for easy switching. Simultaneously configuring an operating platform for brewing workers to observe conveniently.

The brewing process of craft fruit beer is as follows:

Malt elevator → malt grinder → mixing and stirring tank → saccharification → filtration → boiling → rotary sedimentation → plate heat exchange → wort oxygenation → yeast addition → fermentation (juice addition) → centrifugal separation → instantaneous sterilization → sake tank → filling and packaging;
