Water ring wheel self-priming pump

1、 Product Introduction

The water ring wheel self-priming pump pipeline does not require the installation of a bottom valve. Before working with the self-priming sewage pump, it is only necessary to ensure that there is a fixed amount of liquid stored in the pump body.

2、 Product principle

Combine the water ring wheel and water pump impeller in one housing, and use the water ring wheel to discharge the air in the inlet pipeline, achieving self-priming. After the pump is running normally, the passage between the centrifugal impeller and the water ring wheel of the water pump can be cut off by a valve, and the liquid inside the water ring wheel can be discharged.

The electric motor adopts an oil filled sealed structure, and the inner cavity is filled with insulating lubricating oil. The shaft extension end is equipped with a mechanical seal, which can prevent external moisture and dampness from entering the motor cavity, and also prevent the leakage of insulation lubricating oil inside the machine. Some electric motors (such as oil filled submersible motors used in wells) are equipped with pressure maintaining devices at the bottom, which can maintain the oil pressure inside the motor greater than the external water pressure, preventing external water from entering the interior of the motor. The oil filled submersible electric motor is combined with the pump to form an oil filled submersible electric pump.

The interior of the motor is filled with clean water or rust proof lubricant (rust inhibitor). The shaft extension end is equipped with a rubber oil seal or mechanical seal to prevent sediment and impurities from entering the motor cavity. The lower part of the water filled electric motor is equipped with a thermal expansion adjustment device. The water filled submersible electric motor and pump are combined to form a water filled submersible electric pump. The main products currently produced include YQs series and YQS2 series well submersible motors, YQSG series high-voltage submersible motors, Qs series submersible pumps, and QKSC series large submersible pumps.

3、 Application scope

Different liquids can be used as non clogging self-priming sewage pumps, and self-priming pumps made of different materials are used. The application scope of self-priming pumps is suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, dyeing, printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, industrial and mining flushing, equipment cooling, etc.

4、 Product maintenance

If not in use for a period of time, the accumulated water in the pump should be drained (the self-priming pump and automatic pump should pour out the water stored in the storage tank), the main components should be cleaned, coated with anti rust oil, and placed in a ventilated and dry place for later use.

When in use, the motor should be kept dry, and attention should be paid to the condition of water level drop. The bottom valve should not be exposed outside the water surface. When the temperature drops below 40C. Anti freezing measures should be taken to prevent the pump body from freezing and cracking.

Before using the self-priming water pump and automatic self-priming water pump, the water storage tank should be filled with water. If the water cannot be automatically discharged after being powered on for several seconds, there is no need to fill it with water for future use.
