2、 Product Structure

The jet self-priming pump is mainly composed of a power machine, a centrifugal pump, a self circulating jet injector, inlet and outlet pipes, etc. The self-priming structure is designed as a jet type, annular volute chamber, and a guide vane is added at the outlet of the impeller to form a combined pressure chamber structure of guide vanes and volute chambers. Install a reflux hole at section VI of the pressurized water chamber. The suction port of the reflux hole guide pump is connected by a jet system to form a self circulation, which realizes the self suction starting of ordinary centrifugal pumps.

3、 Product principle

When the jet self-priming pump is in operation, the pump body is filled with water (no water is needed for the next restart); Under the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation of the impeller, water flows into the guide vanes at the outlet of the impeller with strong kinetic energy; Because the guide vane area is larger than the impeller outlet area, the kinetic energy at the impeller outlet becomes pressure energy; When the gas-liquid inside the guide vane enters the gas-liquid separation chamber Q of the pump, which is several tens of times larger than the guide vane area, the high-speed gas-liquid mixes with the water inside the pump chamber and undergoes gas-liquid separation. The gas is discharged from the pump chamber outlet, and the water flows into the nozzle of the jet injector at high speed from the pump chamber q; Due to the high-pressure jet formed by the nozzle, a large vacuum is created at the impeller, and low-pressure water is drawn into the inlet. The two streams of water mix and exchange energy at the pump inlet before entering the gas-liquid separation motion again; In this loop, the gas in the pipeline is pumped out, the water is sucked up, and the pump completes the self-priming process. At this point, the valve on the self circulating jet injector automatically closes, the jet injector stops working, and the reflux of the reflux hole also stops, thus improving the efficiency of the jet self-priming pump.
