1、 Product Introduction

An impeller centrifugal pump includes a pump body, a pump back cover installed at the open end of the pump body, a motor, and an impeller located inside the pump body. The impeller is installed on the pump shaft and is driven to rotate by the motor. The pump body is equipped with an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, and the inlet pipe is coaxially installed on the outer side of the axial surface of the pump body with the pump shaft. The impeller is a semi open structure consisting of blades, a hub, and a rear cover plate.

2、 Product principle

The front end face of the blade and the axial face of the pump body near the front end face are respectively a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the pump body, and the front end face and the axial face form an end face seal; On the plane formed by the diameter of the pump body perpendicular to the axis of the inlet pipe, the axis of the outlet pipe does not pass through the center of the pump body, and the angle α with the radial direction of the pump body satisfies: 0 degrees is less than α and less than 18 degrees. This radial direction is the radial direction from the intersection point of the outlet pipe axis and the pump body to the center of the pump body. The stamping process of this structure is easy to produce, with smooth flow channels, improving the hydraulic efficiency, strength, and rigidity of the pump.
