Product Details

  Single effect evaporatorThe entire equipment consists of heating chamber, separator, demister, vapor-liquid separator, condenser, cooler, storage tank, circulation pipe and other components, and is made of high-quality stainless steel material.
The interior of the heating chamber is tubular, with steam connected to the shell side to heat the liquid inside the tubular. The heating chamber is equipped with a pressure gauge and a safety valve to ensure production safety.
The front of the separation chamber is equipped with a sight glass for the operator to observe the evaporation of the liquid, and the rear manhole is convenient for cleaning the interior of the chamber when changing varieties. It is also equipped with a temperature gauge and a vacuum gaugeEfficient evaporatorIn order to observe and grasp the temperature of the liquid inside the evaporator and the vacuum degree during negative pressure evaporation.
  Single effect evaporatorSteam enters the outer tube of the heating chamber, heats up the liquid material, and sprays it into the evaporation chamber through the nozzle for vapor-liquid separation. The liquid material returns to the lower part of the heating chamber through the circulation tube for reheating, and is then sprayed into the evaporation chamber for circulation. The feed liquid is concentrated to a certain extent, and then discharged from the outlet after the sampling is confirmed to be qualified. The steam evaporated from the evaporation chamber is eliminated by the defoamer, and then passes through the vapor liquid separator. Part of the feed liquid returns to the evaporation chamber, and the rest of the secondary steam is cooled by the condenser and cooler into liquid and enters the liquid storage tank. Finally, the non condensable gas is discharged into the atmosphere or taken away by the vacuum pump.

When a solution evaporates in an evaporator and the secondary vapor produced is no longer utilized, this evaporation operation is called single effect evaporation. An evaporator that uses a single effect evaporation method is called a single effect evaporator. When the required production capacity is small, steam is cheap, materials are corrosive and require very expensive structural materials, or steam is contaminated and cannot be reused, a single effect evaporator should be used.
A single effect evaporator generally refers to a single evaporator that no longer utilizes the secondary vapor generated during solution evaporation. In large-scale production, evaporating a large amount of water requires the consumption of a large amount of primary steam. In order to reduce the consumption of primary steam, the secondary steam generated during production is introduced into the second evaporator for heating steam. The secondary steam generated by the second evaporator can also be introduced into the third evaporator for heating steam. Each evaporator is called a single effect, and this method is used. In this way, several evaporators are connected in series to form a multi effect evaporator.
