Equipment structure
The CIP online cleaning system mainly consists of single or multiple cleaning solution storage tanks and pipelines, distributors, booster pumps, reflux pumps, pneumatic control valves, acid-base metering pumps, plate heat exchangers, temperature controllers, conductivity detectors, liquid level controllers, PLC touch screens, and control cabinets. The fully automatic single loop CIP system adopts a three tank square joint structure and plate heat exchanger for online heating. The acid tank, alkali tank, and hot water tank are all 2000L double-layer fully enclosed tanks, with stainless steel SUS316L inner liner plate. The acid tank is equipped with a stirrer; The concentrated acid and alkali tanks are 100L stainless steel tanks made of stainless steel SUS316L. The CIP system is connected to all processing equipment in a cyclic cleaning circuit, and the system adopts fully automatic control. Concentrated acid and alkali are automatically pumped into the acid tank and alkali tank using a diaphragm valve The design of personalized human-machine interface has achieved comprehensive automation of operation control
working principle
