The XRV series X-ray high-voltage power supply from SpellMan has a power range of 1.8kW to 6.0kW and an output voltage range of 160kV to 450kV, with cathode, anode or bipolar output. Various models are available to meet all the application requirements of X-ray non-destructive testing.
The frequency converter architecture owned by Spellman can achieve unprecedented efficiency and power density in high-voltage power supplies. The solid sealed high-pressure module further reduces size and weight.
The digital signal processor based on surface mount control circuit provides USB interface, Ethernet interface, and RS232 interface. Multiple interfaces, along with analog interfaces, simplify the difficulty of OEM system integration. By using a precise radiation current adjustment circuit, two DC outputs and a filament adjustment circuit are controlled to provide accurate and stable current for the X-ray tube. The comprehensive error diagnosis circuit and functions of arc induction, extinguishing, and counting are also included in this compact and space saving X-ray high-voltage generator.
