Product Introduction
The RSWA F1 automotive spot welding analyzer produced by Tessonics is a product developed and designed for high-quality quality control and non-destructive evaluation of resistance spot welding. Resistance spot welding analyzer is a portable and easy to operate device that can clearly image the internal structure of spot welding. In addition to real-time imaging display, it is also possible to evaluate the diameter of solder joints and compare it with the pre-set minimum solder joint requirements.
The RSWA F1 spot welding analyzer uses a unique technology of multi-channel ultrasonic matrix sensors to obtain data from the internal structure and surface of the welding point. These data are reconstructed into solder joint images using special algorithms, and the average diameter of the solder joint area is estimated in real-time.
