Phoenix nanome | x is an ultra high resolution nanofocal point The X-ray inspection system is designed to detect high-quality components and interconnects in the semiconductor and SMT industries. This system has excellent performance and versatility, and can be used for two-dimensional X-ray detection as well as full three-dimensional computed tomography (nano CT). With the new x | act software package, Phoenix Nanome | x is an optional system to ensure compliance with current and future zero defect requirements.
