Phascan is a high-level portable ultrasonic phased array detector independently developed by Duopu Le Company. It has stronger practicality among similar products due to its aggregation of independent 128 hardware transmission channels, support for 1024 focusing rules, powerful data analysis and processing software, and advanced technologies such as "ultrasonic simulation calculator". It is the first choice for conducting research and application of ultrasonic phased array detection technology.

The Phascan ultrasonic phased array detector has now passed CE mark certification, EU RoHS environmental certification, and environmental testing tests based on MIL-STD-810F (US military standard), GJB367A-2001 (national military standard), and IEC60529-2008. IP65 (equipment sealing standard). It has been recognized by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and a domestic non-destructive testing expert group as reaching the international advanced level!

Phascan is equipped with a 10.4-inch high brightness high-resolution color LCD touch screen, which can display detection results of multiple scanning methods simultaneously in an image-based manner, ensuring the reliability of detection results and facilitating monitoring, archiving, and further defect analysis by management departments.

Phascan's sophisticated TCG function can automatically focus and scan workpieces at different depths, displaying the same equivalent size for defects of the same size but different distances, making on-site inspection more intuitive and efficient.

Duopule Company has first-class research and production capabilities for ultrasonic probes in China, and can quickly provide various phased array probes, wedges, adapters, scanning frames, including probes with personalized special requirements for users to carry out ultrasonic phased array testing.

Phascan also integrates two high-performance conventional ultrasonic testing channels, which can not only work independently, but also perform single channel ultrasonic testing or single/dual channel TOFD testing simultaneously during phased array testing, and display the test results simultaneously, providing users with multi-dimensional defect information conveniently.

The high-performance and multifunctional Phascan instrument adopts an internationally recognized menu structure mode and is accompanied by helpful instructions. It is easy to operate and suitable for the development, research, training, and on-site application of ultrasonic phased array detection technology; Very suitable for industrial fields such as aerospace, heavy machinery, nuclear power, ships, high-speed rail, pressure vessels and pipelines; Especially when detecting important workpieces with complex structures and high requirements, this instrument can completely replace conventional ultrasonic flaw detectors to achieve satisfactory and reliable detection results.

As a new generation phased array detection device, Phascan has the characteristics of high specifications and multifunctionality:

1. Adopting an advanced structural mode of 32 channel reception and independent 128 channel transmission, it can support phased array probes with up to 128 chips. Instruments with PR function can support dual line array probes working in a one transmitter one receiver mode, perfectly solving the problem of austenitic stainless steel weld detection.

2. Dual independent high-performance conventional ultrasonic testing channels can perform single channel testing or dual channel TOFD testing simultaneously with phased array testing, providing richer defect information

3. Built in focus rule calculator, which can achieve:

(1) Linear and fan-shaped scanning methods

(2) Four focusing methods: true depth, half acoustic path, projection, and arbitrary surface

(3) Multiple display modes such as A/S/B/C

4. It can achieve rapid calibration of sound speed, delay, sensitivity, TCG, etc., and the detection results are more accurate and reliable

5. Multiple detection modes can be set, equivalent to multiple instruments working simultaneously

  • Convenient setup guide:Material selection, as well as setting of sound velocity and workpiece shape, can be carried out. Quick selection or customization of probes and wedges. The group guide can set different scanning areas and methods for the same probe. Multiple types of weld groove are available for selection.

  • Powerful data analysis:Equipped with reference and measurement cursor for defect quantification and report generation. Interactive analysis can be performed on A-scan, B-scan, S-scan, and C-scan for more accurate defect analysis. All measurement results can be obtained online, or the complete A-scan can can be saved and retrieved for offline analysis.

  • Accurate calibration:Ensure that each focusing rule is equivalent to a single channel flaw detector, ensuring detection accuracy. A simple and easy-to-use help menu can guide users to easily complete calibration for sound speed, wedge delay, sensitivity, and more.

  • Perfect focused imaging:Accurate image resolution, with an angle accuracy of up to 0.1 °. The focusing method can be set as needed to display defects more clearly. Multiple focusing rules are available to meet more detection needs.
