The PQS power quality management system adopts a layered and distributed structure, divided by interval units and designed modularly. The entire system is divided into three layers: the main station monitoring layer, the communication management layer, and the on-site equipment layer.
Main station monitoring layer:
The main station monitoring layer is the control center of the system, using the WIT-PQS power quality monitoring software independently developed by Zhiwei Electric to complete functions such as data collection, processing, display, monitoring, conversion, analysis, and storage of the entire system, and control corresponding equipment based on permissions. The main station monitoring layer also includes equipment such as printers, management servers, management workstations, UPS power supply devices, etc.
Communication management team:
The communication management layer is the link link that enables data exchange with the main station monitoring layer, completing real-time information exchange between the monitoring management layer and on-site equipment, enabling access to automation devices, and realizing the conversion and access of communication physical media and protocols. The communication management layer equipment includes communication conversion devices (such as iCOMS communication gateways, industrial switches, DPU communication management machines, etc.) and communication links (such as fiber optic Ethernet, TCP/IP networks, etc.).
On site equipment layer:
The intelligent devices at the on-site equipment layer complete functions such as on-site measurement, detection, and harmonic control, consisting of Q3 power quality detection terminal, power quality control terminal, C7 reactive power compensation device products, and other intelligent devices. Intelligent devices have network communication functions: real-time monitoring values of terminal devices, real-time/historical voltage, current harmonic data, harmonic distortion rate, discrete frequency and other information are transmitted through the communication network; Receive operation commands from the main station, achieve remote control to improve power factor, perform reactive power compensation, eliminate grid harmonics, and comprehensively improve the power quality of the grid.
