The comprehensive automation system for building substations is suitable for large-scale municipal projects such as T3 terminal, as well as intelligent buildings such as five-star hotels and business office buildings. The monitoring layer of the system main station is mainly composed of monitoring hosts UPS、GPS、 Composed of printers, it realizes substation control functions, data acquisition and updating, data calculation and limit monitoring, remote control, event/alarm processing, event sequence recording and accident recall, channel monitoring and switching, screen display and operation, historical data storage and reporting applications, station transformer power collection function, process information evaluation, online and offline self diagnosis, etc.

The communication management layer is mainly composed of the communication data processing unit DPU, network switches, and network equipment. The communication data management unit has communication processing, data acquisition, storage, and processing functions, realizing SCADA system functions, providing historical data for the recovery of the main station comprehensive automation system, and ensuring the security and reliability of the system to the greatest extent possible.

The system adopts a modular and distributed structure, with all electrical compartment management units except for the main transformer installed on corresponding switch cabinets or control and protection cabinets as close as possible to the switches, simplifying the design of the secondary system, saving a lot of design, construction, and maintenance workload caused by complex cables, and shortening the construction and operation cycle.

IMPACS provides a comprehensive power quality analysis function for important loads such as banks, data centers, hospitals, rail transit, and communication rooms that have certain requirements for power supply quality. It adopts GE's PC level ATS and UPS products to ensure the continuous, stable, and reliable power supply quality of important loads.

Equipment selection

The protection configuration of the substation is equipped with microcomputer protection devices from INIX, GE, ABB, and SEL companies.

High and low voltage distribution monitoring and metering configuration: INXI's L-series multifunction meter or GE's EPM series multifunction meter.

The power quality analysis device adopts various series of power quality analysis devices from GE, providing online power quality analysis and warning.

The low-voltage automation transfer switch is equipped with GE's ATS series products, which are usually used for switching between mains power and oil engine power supply.

The uninterruptible power supply is equipped with GE's UPS series products, which work in conjunction with ATS and generators to achieve uninterrupted power supply.

The system software adopts WITSCADA software system, MICROSCADA software system or ENERVISTA software system.
