1、 Characteristics of domestic sewage treatment equipment

2. Filling P28 nutrient bacteria (Japanese product) into the equipment can supply biological bacteria in the anaerobic tank at temperatures above 5 degrees Celsius, improving the sewage degradation effect with sufficient nutrition.
3. Adopting the activity carrier filling technology provided by the Japanese side, the equipment is designed as a module and can be stopped and combined according to the amount of wastewater discharged. Small air footprint and sensitive selection of installation site.

2、 Process flow of domestic sewage treatment equipment
1. Grid pool: responsible for intercepting floating miscellaneous goods in sewage, ensuring the normal operation of subsequent disposal equipment.
2. Conditioning tank: used to regulate water quality and quantity. The capacity of a regular conditioning tank is 6-10 times the hourly disposal capacity, and it is lifted to the anoxic tank by a lift pump.
3. Anoxic tank: The anoxic tank is set up for denitrification treatment. The sewage separated by the grid is pumped into the anoxic tank by the sewage lift pump in the conditioning tank and mixed with the reflux nitrification liquid in the tank. NZP-II type packing is placed in the anoxic tank as a carrier for denitrifying bacteria to control nitrogen; Phosphorus; The removal effect of sulfides is good, with a residence time of 2 hours. It is separated from the sludge tank in the previous process to form an A/O treatment process, thereby achieving the purpose of phosphorus and nitrogen removal.
4. Biological contact oxidation tank: It is divided into two stages, with a total biochemical time of 6 hours. The first stage uses NZP-I type packing, which has excellent water flow characteristics. The second stage uses active carrier packing (Japanese technology), which is more conducive to microbial growth than external building blocks. The physical load of this packing reaches 30kg BOD/M3. d, which is more than 7 times that of ordinary soft packing. The biochemical tank adopts a central gallery microporous explosion, and the sewage circulates in the biochemical tank from time to time, fully contacting the organisms on the packing and achieving rapid degradation of organic matter.
5. Secondary sedimentation tank: The sewage after biochemical treatment enters the secondary sedimentation tank, which is designed to have an external load of 0.9-1.2M3/M2. h. The secondary sedimentation tank is a lifting adjustable liquid level and a toothed collection tank, which has a good horizontal water discharge effect. The sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is airlifted to the sludge tank.
6. Disinfection pool: manufactured according to national regulations TJ14-74, with a retention time of 30 minutes in the disinfection pool. The disinfectant used is solid chlorine pills or bleach powder, or aerospace sterilization stone. (Only QK-DM equipment has a disinfection tank)
7. Sludge tank: The pollutants intercepted by the grid and the sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank both enter the sludge tank, which is equipped with a sludge digestion system. The clear liquid on the sludge tank flows back to the conditioning tank.
8. The fan and distribution cabinet are both located in the equipment room. In a regular equipment room, two fans are installed to alternate operation. When one fan malfunctions, the other can start the equipment on its own and continue to operate; When the sewage is cut off, the fan can automatically stop running to maintain the normal growth of organisms.
3、 Maintenance methods for domestic sewage treatment equipment
A regular maintenance system must be established for domestic sewage treatment equipment. The main vulnerable components are the electric equipment of the fan and water pump, and the direction of rotation must not be reversed. Once sewage enters the fan, it must be cleared in a timely manner and can be used before changing the engine oil. Before starting the fan, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the air gate can be opened. The fan must be maintained every 10000 hours of operation. The water pump must be maintained every 5000-8000 hours of operation.
