Horizontal pipe sedimentation tank

Introduction:
The horizontal tube sedimentation tank separation technology applies the Ha Zhen "shallow tank theory", which places the sedimentation tube horizontally, flows horizontally, and allows suspended solids to settle vertically, achieving optimal sedimentation and separation functions. The vertical cross-sectional shape of a single horizontal pipe is diamond shaped, and there is a sludge discharge port on the lateral side of the pipe bottom. When water flows into the diamond shaped pipe, the suspended solids that settle will slide out of the sludge discharge port along the lateral bottom and enter the sludge passage separated from the water flow. Suspended solids are separated from water in a timely manner through horizontal pipes, with water flowing through waterways and mud flowing through mud channels, avoiding the occurrence of suspended solids blocking pipelines and alum running, and improving sedimentation efficiency.
