Product Details

Juice wastewater mainly comes from processes such as washing fruits, crushing, and juicing, as well as bottle washing, sterilization, bottle breakage loss, and floor washing in the canning section. Juice wastewater contains high concentrations of sugars, pectin, fruit residue, water-soluble substances, cellulose, fruit acid, tannins, mineral salts, etc. There are certain differences in different seasons, and the organic content of juice wastewater during peak flow is also at its peak. Wastewater mainly contains certain organic substances, which need to undergo physical and chemical pretreatment before biochemical treatment to meet discharge standards.







Simple process flow for juice wastewater:
Wastewater is discharged from the workshop and first passes through a grid to remove large suspended particles before entering a regulating tank to adjust the water quality and quantity. It is then pumped into a coagulation tank by a lift pump, where it undergoes a coagulation reaction by adding chemicals. It then enters the coagulation tank where it undergoes a coagulation reaction by adding coagulants, and finally enters the inclined plate sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant enters the intermediate water tank, where it undergoes hydrolysis acidification and aerobic biological treatment before entering the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The supernatant enters the discharge tank and is metered and discharged through the metering discharge tank.
