The HXD-1000TMC/LCD automatic turret microhardness tester with image analysis is a material hardness measuring instrument composed of precision machinery, optical systems, and advanced technology. There are two main uses: one is for individual hardness testing, such as the hardness of parts with relatively smooth surfaces, the surface hardness of various electroplated, nitrided, carburized, and cyanide coated parts, and the hardness of brittle non-metallic materials such as glass, ceramics, and agate; The second is for use as a metallographic microscope, which not only observes and photographs the metallographic structure of materials, but also measures the hardness of the metallographic structure.

3、 Image measurement software functions
The data processing software is compatible with image testing software and performs indentation measurement, data classification, statistics, storage, and output. The software automatically displays indentation test result curves, depth curves, error statistics, and grouping statistics of test times
