It mainly consists of a water distribution bucket, a drum, a base, a water blocking cover, a spray pipe, and a transmission device.
After entering the water distribution hopper through the inlet, the wastewater is evenly distributed on the inner network of the rotating drum. Under the action of gravity, the water is filtered out by the filter screen. The filtered livestock hair is guided by the guide vanes set on the inner network surface and moves towards the discharge end in a spiral manner until it is discharged from the outlet. Its concentration can reach 3-6% or more. The filtered wastewater flows to the designated location or is reused.
The filter adopts two layers of stainless steel mesh, with an inner mesh of 80 mesh and an outer mesh of 4 mesh. Users can choose other specifications of filters according to the length of hair in the wastewater.
