The feather cleaning wastewater harvesting machine mainly consists of transmission device, overflow weir water distributor, flushing water device, filter cartridge, base and other main components. The outer filter screen is made of stainless steel wire mesh, and its working principle is to enter the overflow weir water distributor from the water pipe mouth. After a short period of stable flow, the treated water is evenly overflowed from the outlet and distributed on the filter cartridge screen rotating in the opposite direction. The water flow and the inner wall of the filter cartridge produce relative shear motion, and the filtration efficiency is high. The solid matter is intercepted and separated, rolled along the spiral guide plate inside the cartridge, and discharged from the other end of the filter cartridge. The wastewater filtered out from the filter cartridge flows out of the water tank directly below under the guidance of the protective cover on both sides of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge of the machine is equipped with a flushing water pipe, which sprays pressure water (3kg/cm2) in a fan shape to flush and clear the filter screen, ensuring that the filter screen always maintains good filtering capacity.
The wool harvesting machine is a mechanical filtration method. It is suitable for maximizing the separation of tiny suspended substances (hair, pulp fibers) present in liquids, achieving the goal of separating solid and liquid phases. The difference between solid-liquid separation and other methods is that the gaps in the filter medium are particularly small. With the help of the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the sieve, it has higher flow velocity under lower hydraulic resistance and can intercept suspended solids.
