I. Overview

The integrated sewage treatment equipment is an efficient sewage purification treatment device with the biological touch oxidation process as the central technology. 3、 Equipment process

The planning of integrated sewage treatment equipment mainly focuses on the treatment of daily sewage and similar industrial organic sewage, and its main treatment method is to use the advanced biochemical treatment technology: touch oxidation method.

This device consists of five parts:

1. Hydrolysis acidification tank

2. Secondary touch oxidation tank

3. Accumulation pool

4. Aerobic sludge digestion tank

5. Central water (disinfection) pool

4、 Process flow

The purpose of the hydrolysis acidification process in the hydrolysis acidification tank is to prepare for the subsequent aerobic biochemical treatment. The retention of wastewater in the hydrolysis tank has an anaerobic fermentation effect, which further improves the biodegradability of the traveling wastewater, reduces the subsequent biochemical reaction rate, shortens the biochemical reaction time, reduces energy consumption, and lowers operating costs.

2. The water from the hydrolysis and acidification tank flows automatically to the oxidation tank for biochemical treatment. The oxidation tank is divided into two stages, where most of the organic matter in the original sewage is degraded and purified. Aerobic bacteria use fillers as carriers and organic matter in the sewage as food to decompose the organic matter into inorganic substances, and then achieve the purification purpose. The livelihood of aerobic bacteria requires sufficient oxygen, that is, sufficient dissolved oxygen in sewage, to achieve the purpose of biochemical treatment. The air in the aerobic tank is supplied by a fan, and a new combination of biological packing materials is used in the tank. The packing material has a large surface area ratio, long service life, easy film formation, and corrosion resistance. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a rotary mixer aerator, which increases the transport rate of dissolved oxygen and has the benefits of light weight, anti-aging, non clogging, and long service life.

3. The sewage from the sedimentation tank is treated by a biological touch oxidation tank, and the effluent flows into the sedimentation tank to further accumulate and remove fallen biofilms and some organic and inorganic small particles. The sedimentation tank is based on the principle of gravity effect. When the sewage containing suspended solids moves from bottom to top, the material is accumulated by gravity effect. The effluent from the stacking pool is clearer and more transparent. The lower part is equipped with a conical stacking area and sludge transportation equipment, and the stacked sludge is transported by air lift to the aerobic digestion tank.

4. The remaining sludge discharged from the sludge aerobic digestion tank stacking tank is subjected to aerobic digestion and stabilization treatment in the sludge aerobic digestion tank to reduce the volume of sludge and improve the stability of the moving sludge. The amount of sludge after aerobic digestion is relatively small. When cleaning, a suction truck can be used to extend from the viewing hole of the sludge tank to the bottom of the tank for suction and then transport it outside (once every six months).

5. Disinfection pool and disinfection equipment. Nowadays, there are many disinfection methods, such as liquid chlorine method, ozone method, sodium hypochlorite method, chlorine dioxide method, etc. Although the sodium hypochlorite method has the advantages of convenient dosing, low cost, and high reliability, it can combine with certain organic compounds in water to generate carcinogenic organic halides. Chlorine dioxide is a globally recognized broad-spectrum, fast acting, and safe disinfectant. Its safety is listed as the fourth generation AI level disinfection product by the World Health Organization (WHO), and its antivirus ability is 2.6 times that of sodium hypochlorite, far higher than other chlorine series disinfection products. (Disinfection equipment is separately matched according to user needs) The integrated sewage treatment equipment with equipment structure and feature combination is difficult to repair and maintain due to its buried installation. Therefore, in the planning, the equipment is considered to be non protective, and the entire equipment structure is reasonable and reliable. At the same time, it is also considered that even if some defects occur, the equipment can be accessed through its various viewing holes. All equipment of the integrated sewage treatment equipment is set in several boxes, and the main equipment material is carbon steel structure, all of which are deeply corrosion-resistant. After mechanical rust removal treatment is applied to the inner and outer surfaces, epoxy asphalt paint is used for multi-layer anti-corrosion, and the service life can generally reach more than 15 years.
