Introduction:
The new type of vortex concave aerator (aeration head) injects "microbubbles" directly into untreated sewage through a diffuser impeller. Under the joint action of coagulants and flocculants, suspended solids undergo physical and chemical flocculation, forming large suspended solids flocs. Under the buoyancy of the bubble group, the "flocs" float to the liquid surface to form floating slag, which is separated from the water by a scraper; No need to clean the nozzle, there will be no blockage.
This machine consists of five parts: submersible pump, jet generator, diffuser, suction pipe, and hose, as shown in the following figure. On the basis of traditional jet mechanism, advanced dispersion technology is integrated, using jet aeration method.
During operation, the impeller of the water pump rotates at high speed under the drive of the submersible motor, pushing the mud water mixture into the jet generator to form a jet. A negative pressure zone is generated around the jet, and air is sucked into the negative pressure zone of the jet nozzle through the suction pipe. The air, water, and mud are fully mixed in the throat of the jet generator, and the kinetic energy of the jet is gradually converted into pressure energy through the diffusion pipe of the jet generator before entering the diffuser.
In the diffuser, the mixture of gas, water, and mud is further mixed, forcing the gas to continue shearing, crushing, and emulsifying, ensuring that the vast majority of oxygen is fully dissolved in the water. At the same time, under the action of jet fluid pressure, the jet carries oxygen molecules and tiny bubbles, which are tilted downwards from the nozzle of the diffuser and diffuse, forming an impact and stirring on the water and the sludge at the bottom of the biochemical tank. After that, the microbubbles slowly rise from the bottom of the tank to the water surface. The microbubbles generally stay in the water for more than 30 seconds, allowing oxygen in the air to be fully dissolved and absorbed, improving oxygen transfer efficiency and oxygenation capacity.
This equipment can generate high negative pressure and strong turbulence, stirring, and shearing between mud, water, and air in the jet injector, promoting high-frequency oscillation of liquid film and gas film, significantly reducing the diameter of bubbles, increasing the number of bubbles, increasing the specific surface area of bubbles, and also thinning the gas liquid film, which can greatly reduce mass transfer resistance and facilitate better transfer of oxygen molecules from the gas phase to the liquid phase.
During the high-speed advancement of the jet, it has a high angular velocity under the action of high-speed rotation in the disperser, which makes the jet have strong penetration power and enables small bubbles to travel far in water, enhancing stirring, pushing and oxygenation capabilities.
Efficient dissolved oxygen
The unique diffuser design allows the inhaled air to mix evenly with mud and water, producing small and numerous bubbles with high dissolved oxygen rate. The oxygen transfer efficiency is as high as 30%, which is 35% higher than traditional blast aeration.
Stir thoroughly
The high-speed rotating mixture of air, water, and sludge (i.e. activated sludge) has strong penetration power, which increases the efficiency of oxygen transfer in water and achieves good stirring effect, ensuring uniform mixing of activated sludge and maintaining it in a suspended state. At the same time, due to the strong mixing and pushing effect, the volume utilization rate of the aeration tank has been improved.
