Features: The 404SXV digital micro Vickers Knoop hardness tester is a high-tech product that integrates optics, mechanics, and electronics. It has a novel and beautiful design, and its internal structure is mostly composed of stainless steel parts, resulting in better performance. Adopting a new type of automatic turret mechanism, two pressure heads for micro Vickers and Knoop measurements are installed simultaneously. These two pressure heads use the most advanced independent centering device to ensure that the Vickers and Knoop indentation are in the same center position. On the large screen, the test method, test force, indentation length, holding time, measurement times, conversion scale, date and time can be displayed more intuitively. When operating, simply press the eyepiece button to measure the indentation, and the hardness value will be automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. The data measurement has an upper and lower limit alarm function, and the results can be saved and viewed through a table. It can also be output through a built-in printer and equipped with an RS232 interface for users to connect to a computer for output. Optional LCD video measurement device and CCD image automatic measurement system.
Application scope: Black metal, non-ferrous metal, IC sheet, surface coating, laminated metal; Glass, ceramics, agate, gemstones, thin plastics, etc; Hardness testing of depth and gradient of carbonization layer and quenching hardening layer.
