1. The foundation for the maintenance and installation of DWEX side wall fans must be higher than the roof, with a flat surface to prevent water leakage, and foundation bolts must be pre embedded.
2. Add a layer of 5mm rubber plate between the maintenance base and foundation of the DWEX side wall fan to reduce vibration. The anchor bolts should be equipped with spring washers to prevent loosening during use.
3. Before debugging and operating, a detailed inspection of all components of the fan should be carried out, and the rotating impeller should be free from any stagnation, jamming, or rubbing.
4. At the beginning of the trial operation, first jog the motor to check if the impeller rotation direction is correct (when looking down, the impeller should rotate counterclockwise).
5. There should be no abnormalities during trial operation or normal use, and the voltage, current, vibration, and noise should be within the normal range.
6. During operation, if any of the following situations occur, the machine should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified, and the machine can only be started after waiting in line for the fault.
(1) Strong vibration occurs; (2) Sudden increase in noise or abnormal noise; (3) The motor emits white smoke; (4) The temperature rise of the motor and bearing seat is too high.
7. When the air door is an electric air door, open the air door first when the fan is turned on; When closing, first turn off the fan and then close the air door.
8. After 72 hours of operation and every six months, check whether the fan connections and fasteners are loose, adjust the tightness of the drive belt, and add lubricating oil (grease).
9. If it snows or freezes in winter, it is necessary to frequently operate the fan to prevent heavy snow from blocking the fan outlet.
10. After long-term shutdown, it should be rechecked according to the debugging method and put into normal operation.
