If the temperature needs to be increased in the next process, it can be achieved by adjusting the angle type shut-off valve or circulation, etc. Otherwise, the discharge temperature can be reduced by connecting cooling water. The discharge is controlled by the throttle valve of the sterilizer, which can keep the boiling point of the material above the maximum temperature while maintaining a certain pressure. During normal production, adjust this valve to generate back pressure control flow by overcoming spring pressure with the driving force of the pump. When cleaning and sterilizing the machine, it should be fully opened. The circulating storage tank can be used to prepare acid-base solutions and effectively clean the scale on the inner wall of the coil. Due to the simultaneous use of stainless steel three-way plugs, the flow rate can be appropriately adjusted.
