Glass bottle unloading machine and automatic can unloading machine: This machine mainly consists of bottle stamping conveyor, unloading machine host, empty tray conveyor, multi row conveyor, single row conveyor, electrical control cabinet and other accessories. It transports the whole stamped glass bottles or cans layer by layer to the multi row conveyor, and then changes from multiple rows to single rows and enters the filling machine. It is suitable for unloading operations in large beverage, beer, red wine, seasoning, chemical plants and other factories.

Firstly, the forklift places the entire stack of glass bottles to be unloaded on the input platform. The entire stack of glass bottles is then unpacked by the conveyor chain on the platform. On the unpacking platform, the operator removes the straps and film that bind the bottle stack. Finally, the conveyor chain delivers the unpacked bottle stack to the bottom platform. The lifting mechanism of the host will use the lifting platform to lift the bottle stack that has entered the bottom platform to the predetermined height. After that, the partition will be removed, and the bottle dispensing mechanism will clamp and lift the glass bottles. The bottle dispensing mechanism will be driven by the driving motor to translate towards the bottle conveying platform direction; Subsequently, the bottle dispensing mechanism is released and the glass bottles are unloaded onto the conveyor platform. The unloaded bottles are transported forward by the conveyor chain plate of the tank platform. After unloading one layer of bottles, the lifting mechanism of the host rises one layer according to the preset bottle height, and then unloads the next layer, completing the unloading work of the entire bottle stack in a cycle. After unloading the entire stack of glass bottles, the lifting mechanism will lower the "empty tray" onto the bottom platform, and then transport it to the "empty tray" collection platform through a chain. At the same time, the bottom platform is ready to receive the bottle stack from the unpacking platform, which will be forked away by a forklift.

5. Electric control part
1. Control box
