The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and are compressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom juice container through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The size of the gap can be adjusted by moving the pressure regulating head along the axial direction. Used to adjust the resistance of slag discharge by changing the size of the gap clockwise (when the pressure regulating head is turned to the left to reduce the gap, and vice versa when the handwheel shaft is seated when viewed from the slag discharge groove of the equipment towards the feeding hopper end). The slag yield can be changed, but if the gap is too small, under strong squeezing, some of the slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter screen together with the juice. Although the juice output increases, the quality of the juice relatively decreases, and the size of the gap should be determined according to the specific process requirements of the user.
It has the characteristics of high strength, high bearing pressure, no deformation, not easy to block, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, non slip, easy maintenance, and long service life. This device can be used standalone or in series with multiple units for better performance. The slag outlet can change the pressure effect on the material by adjusting the spring pressure or oil pressure, thereby adjusting the dryness and wetness of the slag discharge. The pressing effect may vary depending on the material.
