Overview

Fruit and vegetable juices contain a certain amount of oxygen, including gases contained in the fruit itself and gases mixed in during crushing, juicing, pulping, screening, stirring, and homogenization operations. Juice drinks, fruit pulp, jam, vacuum degassing machine, and milk degassing system usually use vacuum degassing method to timely remove these gases from fruit and vegetable juice, in order to prevent further oxidation of nutrients in fruit and vegetable juice, reduce the density difference between fruit pulp particles and juice, reduce foaming during filling and sterilization, and prevent corrosion of the inner wall of the tin can during packaging, thereby extending the storage period of fruit and vegetable juice.

The TQ type mainly consists of a body, a top cover, a nozzle, a control valve, a sight hole, an exhaust valve, a vacuum pump, a film maker, etc.
The vacuum degasser is a spray type. When in use, as long as the matching vacuum pump is started (the pump is used according to the instructions), the gas in the body is pumped out. When the fruit and vegetable juice inhaler body passes through the nozzle, it spreads downward in a spray shape, falls in a container with a certain degree of vacuum, and about 85~90% of the gas in the fruit and vegetable juice is sucked away. The deaerated fruit and vegetable juice is collected at the bottom and transported by a screw pump from the discharge pipe to the next process.

To achieve sufficient degassing, most vacuum equipment maintains a vacuum degree of -0.0906~-0.0986MPa (680~740mmHg), and is generally heated to no more than 30~40 ℃. The temperature of fruit and vegetable juice is 3~5 ℃ higher than the corresponding pressure, otherwise it will cause secondary condensation of auxiliary materials such as syrup and water in the fruit and vegetable juice after ingredients are taken away, thus achieving concentration effect. If the temperature of fruit and vegetable juice exceeds 40oC, a thermal deaerator can be used. To increase the surface area per unit volume of fruit and vegetable juice, it is generally necessary to form a thin film or mist of fruit and vegetable juice in a deaerator. The length of degassing time depends on the structural form of the deaerator.
