working principle

The material is mixed evenly in a relatively short time, and the equipment is applied to dry powder, particles, liquids, and low viscosity slurries.

1. Bottom discharge method of the mixer: The powder material adopts a pneumatic large door structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue; For high fineness materials or semi fluid materials, manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves are used. Manual butterfly valves are economical and applicable, while pneumatic butterfly valves have good sealing performance for semi fluids, but the cost is higher than manual butterfly valves.

3. There are two heating methods to choose from: electric heating and thermal oil heating. Electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow and the energy consumption is high; Heating with thermal oil requires the configuration of an oil pot, thermal power, and pipelines, which requires a large investment but has a fast heating rate and low energy consumption.

4. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, which has a large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed.

5. The motor is directly connected to the mixing spindle through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has a simple structure, high operational reliability, and easy maintenance.
