Biochemical product vibrating fluidized bed dryerIt is a very successful modified fluidized bed, which is supported on a set of springs and powered by an excitation motor. The scattered material fed into the dryer is thrown towards the outlet end by the excitation force on the porous plate and transported towards the VI end. Hot air is blown in from under the porous plate, passes through the material layer, transfers heat to the material, and carries the vaporized water from the material out through the exhaust port, thereby drying the material. Due to the mechanical vibration of the material in the vibrating fluidized bed, it is in motion and can be dynamically dried by simply blowing in an appropriate amount of hot air, resulting in high thermal efficiency and uniform drying of the material.
