A. Power end

Drive: Two speed transmission; First stage belt pulley, second stage curved arm gear symmetrical transmission; Special alloy bearing shells, double-sided rolling bearings, horizontal stability, low noise, and an average increase in mechanical efficiency of about 10%.

Lubrication: Splash type automatic lubrication and oil pump forced lubrication, safe and reliable.

B. Hydraulic end

Main pump body: Three way design, with a radial self sealing cover, durable and leak free.

Plunger: Special alloy plunger, durable, safe, and easy to disassemble. Square plunger sealing component, code X4310. (Replacing the seal does not require disassembling the pump body)

One way valve: cone valve or ball valve. Durable and reliable, ensuring flow rate ≥ rated flow rate.

Homogenization valve: a three piece set (high-pressure valve core, seat, collision ring) flat valve for the first stage high-pressure installation, and a two-piece set flat valve for the second stage low-pressure installation.

Pressure monitoring: Assemble one diaphragm pressure gauge to monitor high and low pressure.

Pressure regulation: equipped with manual pneumatic pressure regulation device and two-stage pressure regulation.
