Design selection instructions:
1. The pipeline fan belongs to the forward multi wing centrifugal fan, and under the same air volume and pressure conditions, its noise is much lower than that of the axial flow fan. The parameters such as air volume, air pressure, and noise of this series of fans are proposed based on the practical needs of many projects, and are widely applicable to the air supply and exhaust systems in public places.
2. On the top surface of the fan casing, there is an arrow indicating the direction of the air outlet, which can avoid reverse installation and ensure the normal use of the air supply and exhaust system.
3. When the low-temperature air being transported may cause condensation on the outer surface of the casing and pipeline, an insulation layer should be designed.
4. The noise of a fan is the average value measured at a distance of one meter from the air inlet when the rated air volume and pressure are not connected to the air duct. If equipped with intake and exhaust ducts, the noise will be attenuated to some extent. For occasions with high noise requirements, soundproof elbows or silencers should be installed on the intake and exhaust ducts.
5. The power wiring diagram for the single-phase (220V) motor used with the fan is placed in the fan power junction box.
6. The vibration of the fan is minimal during operation, and generally no vibration reduction measures are required. If the design deems it necessary, damping rubber or damping springs can be added at the fan support.

Impurities in gas: There should be no viscous substances in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained should be greater than 120mg/m3.
