After being connected with vibration and intensity scales, the RS8101 series vibration velocity sensor can measure various vibration displacements, velocities, etc. The vibration of the rotor supported by rolling bearings will be sufficiently transmitted to the bearing seat. The speed sensor installed on the bearing seat or very close to the bearing housing outputs voltage by cutting magnetic field lines through internal motion coils, providing signals to monitoring instruments for predicting and alarming mechanical failures. It is suitable for blowers, centrifugal separators, engines, impellers, generator pumps, etc
Technical indicators:
1. Basic testing conditions
Temperature: 20 ℃± 5 ℃
Relative humidity: ≤ 80%
There is no strong electromagnetic field interference around
2. Frequency response: RS8101:10 Hz~1000 Hz (-3dB)
RS8102H、RS8102V:5 Hz~1000 Hz(-3dB)
3. Sensitivity: 20mV/mm/s ± 5% (measured at 80Hz and 10mm/s speed), other sensitivities can be customized
4. Amplitude nonlinearity:<3%
5. Lateral sensitivity ratio:<5%
6. Temperature range for use: -30 ℃ to 100 ℃; -30 ℃~260 ℃ (special order required)
7. Maximum measurable displacement: 1mm (single peak value)
8. Environmental conditions: dustproof, moisture-proof (95% non condensing)
9. Work direction
When the sensor installation surface is below, it is specified as 0 °
RS8101: 0 °± 100 ° (universal type)
RS8102H: ± 90 °± 2.5 ° (horizontal type)
RS8102V: 0 °± 2.5 ° (vertical type)
10. Output resistance: ≤ 600 Ω
11. Insulation resistance:>2M Ω
12. Output polarity: It is a floating ground output. When the sensor base is subjected to an impact force, the output of core 1 is (+), and the output of core 2 is (-) connected to the oscilloscope. Core 1 is grounded, and core 2 is grounded. The oscilloscope displays the first peak pointing upwards.
