This product integrates multiple functions such as mechanical filtration and electrostatic adsorption, effectively removing various smoke and dust, lubricating oil mist, cutting fluid, quenching fluid, welding smoke and dust from exhaust gas, as well as small molecule oil substances produced by the thermal cracking of high molecular weight substances such as plastics, chemical fibers, and rubber processing industries (such as EPDM). It can be used alone or in combination with other materialsWaste gas treatment equipmentJoint use.

This purifier uses the principles of impact, expansion diffusion, and high-voltage electrostatic field to ionize, adsorb, and carbonize mixed pollutants in oil and gas. It adopts a unique structural approach and fully utilizes the advantages of electromechanical composite purification to effectively purify the mixed pollutants in oil and gas. 3Working principle

The plasma oil fume purifier uses a pulse high-voltage high-frequency plasma power supply and a toothed plate discharge device to generate high-intensity, high concentration, and high-energy active free radicals. In milliseconds, it instantly undergoes oxidation-reduction reactions on harmful exhaust gas molecules, degrading most pollutants in the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide, water, and easily treatable substances. 4Product Features

4.1The equipment adopts a three-level composite oil fume removal structure internally, with the primary having dual functions of purification and rectification, and the secondary having multiple functions of ionization, adsorption, carbonization, and odor removal. The setting of the final processing stage can effectively intercept and capture charged particles.

4.2Adopting two different structures of high and low voltage electric fields, discharge and adsorption, the electric field voltage is stable and will not decrease with the increase of electric field current, ensuring efficient purification effect. The electric field distribution device adopts a movable structure, which is easy to disassemble and clean.
4.3Adopting high and low voltage power supplies that are compatible with high and low voltage electric fields, equipped with overcurrent, overvoltage, electric shock, leakage, and fault protection devices.

4.4The air outlet can be equipped with activated carbon nano adsorbent material with odor removal function to remove odors.

4.5The equipment casing adopts a combined box body, which is compact and innovative in structure. The air inlet and outlet directions can be freely selected according to needs, making installation convenient.
4.6There is no need for high-voltage power lines to connect between the electric field and the power source, which enables power on and power-off when closing the door, making it easy to maintain and clean.

6Installation precautions

6.1Check whether the mating surfaces of the box are sealed properly.

6.2Remove shock-absorbing fillers and other debris during transportation. The electric field body must be placed on the corresponding guide rail.

6.3The positive electric field, load body, and high-voltage input terminal should have good contact.

6.4When positioning the box, attention should be paid to leaving sufficient space for the opening and closing of the electric field compartment door and power box door (this space should be able to ensure the removal of the electric field and power supply), in order to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the electric field.

6.5The grounding bolt of the box should be greater than6mm2 Connect the wire to the grounding body to ensure safety.

6.6 Purification equipment must work synchronously with the corresponding induced draft fan.

6.7. Pay attention to distinguishing the air inlet and outlet of the equipment.

7Operation and usage instructions

7.1 Check before powering on

7.1.1 Power Supply Inspection

(1) Confirm that the input power is AC220V50Hz.

(2) Confirm that all power connectors are well connected.

7.1.2 Electric field inspection

(1) The iron sheet above the electric field should have good contact with the spring connecting the output end of the high-voltage package, and there should be sufficient safety distance from the box and other components.

(2) The electric field itself is intact and accurately positioned.

7.2 Power on use

7.2.1 After completing the pre power check, turn on the power and start the purifier.

7.2.2 After power on, the purifier should emit a continuous and steady "wheeze wheeze" sound-Static discharge sound, the red light on the panel is the power indicator light, and the green light is the work indicator light. The green indicator light is on, indicating that the purifier has entered normal working mode.

If both the red and green indicator lights are not on, it means that the power supply has not been connected. First, check whether the power supply and wiring are working properly.

7.2.4 If the green indicator light does not light up, it indicates that the equipment is not working properly and professional maintenance personnel should be notified for inspection and maintenance.

8Common fault phenomena and troubleshooting methods

9. Maintenance and upkeep:

In order to ensure the purification efficiency of the purifier, the maintenance cycle of industrial oil fume purification equipment is set as30 days (subject to special circumstances)

9.1 Cleaning method:

Method 1: Remove the Oil King(YB-5 room temperature cleaning agent) and water, prepare the required cleaning solution in a ratio of 1:8.

Method 2: Use industrial caustic soda andPrepare the required cleaning solution in a 1:10 ratio for hot water above 70 degrees Celsius.

Method 3: Determine appropriate cleaning agents through experiments based on the properties and characteristics of the purified oil, such as degreasers, thinners, and other organic solvents.

9.2 Cleaning steps:

(1) Work preparation: electric field cleaning water tank, caustic soda, electric field cleaning tools, rubber gloves, brushes, water shoes, protective goggles, screwdriver.

(2) Cut off the power, open the maintenance door, and record the position of the electric field for installation after cleaning is completed (you can take photos with your phone to record).

(3) Touch the positive and negative ends of the electric field with a screwdriver to release residual electricity.

(4) Take out the electric field and filter screen, soak them in the cleaning solution for 10-20 minutes in sequence, focus on cleaning the insulators to their original color, rinse them with clean water, air dry them, install them in their original positions, and test their functions before starting to work.

(5) During the cleaning process, handle with care and prohibit deformation of the electric field electrode plate, which may cause discharge. If deformation or discharge is found, adjust the electrode plate before use.

(6) Close the maintenance door to put the equipment into normal condition.

(7) After cleaning, turn on the fan power for a few minutes before using it for the first time. Wait for the electric field to dry completely before turning on the electric field power for work.

(8) The purifier relies on an electric field to absorb oil fumes. If there is a "popping" electric shock sound when the purifier is first turned on, it is normal. Occasionally, a few sounds do not need to be adjusted. If the frequency is high, you can check whether there are large foreign objects or damaged insulators inside the purifier, and then lower the power and voltage of the purifier appropriately.1582607397(1).png
