1、 Overview:

2、 Scope of application:

It can be widely used for the treatment of wastewater containing animal and vegetable oil in hotels, restaurants, canteens, food processing plants, grease processing plants, and other industrial wastewater containing mineral oil in oil fields, petrochemical industry, ships, gas stations, machinery processing and manufacturing, as well as coking. It can also be used together with other water treatment devices.

3、 Working principle:

If oily wastewater is discharged directly into urban drainage pipelines without treatment, it will form so-called "gutter oil", which will have an impact on drainage equipment and urban sewage treatment plants. The oil concentration of mixed sewage flowing into biological treatment structures should not exceed 30-50mg/L, otherwise it will directly affect the normal metabolism process of activated sludge and biofilm.

1. Installation instructions

l This product can be directly installed on the channel through which oily wastewater flows, and can be connected to other equipment through pipelines.

l The oil-water separator must be adjusted to a horizontal position during installation.

l Before the first use, the equipment should be filled with tap water.

l When draining oil, first open the drain valve, drain a portion of the water at the bottom, and then collect the waste oil.

l Connect the power supply to the air flotation aerator to continuously generate a large number of fine bubbles.

2. Equipment maintenance instructions

l After daily use, the debris on the inlet filter screen should be discarded and cleaned thoroughly. The catering industry should use hot water to wash the oil stains on the filter screen to avoid clogging the filter screen and affecting the inflow of water.

l After daily use, the waste oil in the oil collection tank should be cleaned: first open the drain valve at the bottom of the tank, drain some of the water, and then collect the waste oil. When there is more animal oil than vegetable oil in the catering industry, the waste oil will form clumps or blocks. To do so, first open the drain valve to discharge some of the water, then open the top cover of the oil-water separator and clean the waste oil in the tank with a spoon
