Widely used in oil grinding conditions for large citrus processing plants. Suitable for skin grinding of citrus fruits, widely used for skin grinding of lemon, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, grapefruit, grapefruit, navel orange, citrus and other fruits.
Structural features and working principle: The equipment consists of a spiral, grinding roller, inlet and outlet hopper, spray pipe, and water collection tank. During operation, the material enters the middle of the spiral and moves towards the discharge port through the spiral. During the movement, it rubs against the bottom thorny grinding roller, achieving the effect of oil grinding. At the same time, the high-pressure water from the upper spray pipe washes away the oil into the water collection tank and enters the next separation process;
This device is used to move and roll oranges and tangerines forward under the rotation of a stainless steel needle punching drum. At the same time, the stainless steel needle punctures the oil cell, causing the oil in the oranges and tangerine peels to flow out, and the oil is washed away under the action of high-pressure spray water. Thus achieving the effect of removing oil.

The machine consists of a frame, a reducer, a reducer sprocket, a sprocket cover, a transmission sprocket, and other components.

At the same time, high-pressure water flushes the oil away, quickly removing the oil from the surface of the fruits, achieving the effect of oil removal.
