Principle of 300L lithium battery ternary material dry mixing coating machine
When the high-speed mixer is working, the high-speed rotating impeller utilizes the frictional force between the surface and the material, as well as the lateral thrust on the material, to cause the material to move tangentially along the impeller. Meanwhile, due to the centrifugal force, the material is thrown towards the inner wall of the mixing chamber and rises along the wall. When it reaches a certain height, it falls back to the center of the impeller due to gravity and is then thrown up again. The combination of upward and tangential movements creates a continuous spiral upward and downward motion of the material. Due to the high speed of the impeller and the fast movement of the material, the particles in rapid motion collide and rub against each other, causing the clumps to break and the material temperature to rise accordingly. At the same time, rapid cross mixing is carried out, which promotes the uniform distribution of components and the absorption of liquid additives. The baffle in the mixing chamber further disrupts the flow state of the material, causing it to move randomly and creating strong vortices near the baffle.
