The feeding system is equipped with a high-quality pump of 18.5kw, a pressure relief tank, and an overpressure automatic reflux device.
The air intake adopts primary and medium efficiency air filtration. The heating adopts a two-stage series connection of steam heater and gas hot air stove.
The diameter of the main tower is designed by the supplier, and the height of the top of the main tower from the ground does not exceed 37 meters. The inner lining material is 304.
Two cyclones and bag filters are used for material collection, and a waste heat recovery device is installed after the bag filter. The waste heat recovery device is an efficient heat exchanger made of 304 material with a heat recovery rate of 47-50%.
The system is equipped with one 75kw air supply fan and one 160kw induced draft fan. A cooling air supply system is required for dry products, but the air supply system includes a freeze dehumidifier. The final material needs to reach a temperature close to room temperature. The final material enters two silos and can be switched.
The system control adopts high-quality PLC and is equipped with a touch screen. The contact between equipment materials and materials is SUS304.
