Fully automated operation

1. The assembly line adopts automated equipment such as vegetable washing machines, vegetable cutting machines, packaging machines, etc., realizing the automation of the entire processing process, reducing manual intervention, and greatly improving production efficiency.

2、 Workflow

Sorting and Cleaning

1. Fresh vegetables are sorted by a sorting machine, and workers remove the rotten, withered, yellow leaves and other unqualified parts on both sides of the machine.

2. Vegetables are fed into the cleaning machine through a conveyor belt to remove surface sediment and impurities. During the cleaning process, the large amount of bubbles generated by the bubble machine causes the vegetables to roll in the water, achieving gentle cleaning and avoiding damage to the skin.

Finishing (blanching)

1. After cleaning, the vegetables are automatically transported to the blanching machine and briefly heated with hot water. The heating temperature and time are precisely controlled according to the type of vegetables and processing requirements.

2. The main purpose of blanching is to kill microorganisms, soften tissues, improve taste, and help remove some pesticide residues.

Cooling and draining

1. After blanching, the vegetables immediately enter the cooling machine and are rapidly cooled by natural water cooling, which helps maintain the crispness and color of the vegetables and further inhibits microbial growth.

2. After cooling, the vegetables enter the draining stage to remove excess water from the surface.

Drying and packaging

1. After draining, the vegetables enter the air drying stage, and the surface water droplets are blown away by a fan. The machine adopts fully automatic control, and the chain plate mesh belt moves forward while the vegetables undergo multiple flips to ensure rapid removal of surface moisture.

2. Dried vegetables are packaged according to their quality and specifications for easy transportation and storage.
