Feature Overview
The multi-channel calibrator comes standard with three output modules and one measurement module;
The output module has outputs of V, mV, mA, Ω Hz、 Signals from pulses, simulated thermocouples, and simulated thermal resistors;
The measurement module is capable of measuring V, mA, Ω Hz、 Signals from pulses, thermocouples, and thermal resistors;
Can trigger three output signals simultaneously;
Equipped with a stopwatch timing function, all three output signals can automatically start or stop timing according to requirements, with a timing range of 0.001~9999.999 seconds, solving the problem of time traceability during the calibration process and complying with the requirements of the "JJG 1003-2016 Flow Accumulator" calibration regulations;
The verification software of the flow accumulator can automatically check the density value of the medium, calculate the standard values of instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate; Automatically fill data in the list, generate calibration reports, and store historical calibration data;
Support programmable ramp output, calibrate switch instruments, and automatically capture switch actions;
Support programmable step level output, with 8 commonly used step levels pre-set, each with 15 sets of data;
Support TC dedicated interface, Pt100 external sensor or constant temperature for cold end compensation;
Programmable unit conversion function, which can convert V, mA output or measurement into other engineering units;
When outputting mA signals, it supports two modes: analog transmitter and mA source;
Automatic identification of output/measurement ports and automatic indication of output/measurement range;
When outputting and measuring thermocouple ℃ signals, display the corresponding mV value;
When outputting and measuring the thermal resistance ℃ signal, display the corresponding Ω value;
When outputting and measuring Ω signals, it supports two, three, and four wire modes;
When outputting Hz signals, the amplitude can be set and supports square wave or sine wave modes;
Can set pulse frequency output and calibrate flow integrator instruments;
Provide 24V DC circuit power supply and measure the mA signal in the circuit;
Support signal fine-tuning on any digit of the output value, used for calibration of pointer instruments;
Can lock or unlock measurement values during measurement;
When measuring numerical values, collect the minimum and maximum values and calculate the average value;
Can be used as a high-precision platinum resistance digital thermometer and correct R0, a, b, c;
Support switch on/off testing;
Support pulse counting;
The accuracy can be calibrated by oneself without the need for factory repair.
