Function Introduction
JY824 is an adjustable HART instrument with a built-in 250 Ω resistor, which is powerful and easy to use;
It can program commonly used step signals and step interval time, and supports two modes: automatic step or manual step;
Supports three cold end temperature compensation methods: real-time temperature compensation using Pt100 temperature probe; Using fixed temperature values for constant temperature compensation; Real time temperature compensation using TC adapter box;
Multi functional and programmable unit conversion function, which can convert V, mA output or measurement into other engineering units;
When outputting mA signals, it supports two modes: mA source and analog transmitter;
When outputting and measuring thermocouple ℃ signals, display the corresponding mV value;
When outputting and measuring the thermal resistance ℃ signal, display the corresponding Ω value;
The temperature unit can be switched between ℃, ℉, and K;
When outputting Hz signals, the amplitude can be set and supports two modes: square wave or sine wave;
Provide 24V DC circuit power supply and measure the mA signal in the circuit;
Resistance and thermal resistance measurements support two/three/four wire wiring methods;
Support signal fine-tuning on any digit of the output value, used for calibration of pointer instruments;
Can lock or unlock measurement values during measurement;
When measuring numerical values, collect the minimum and maximum values and calculate the average value;
Can store on-site detection data and manage it using the data copying function of secondary instrument calibration software;
The display screen and keypad both have bright backlighting, making them suitable for use in low light environments;
