The oscilloscope impact energy measurement and control system of the pendulum testing machine is a specialized measurement and control system developed for pendulum material testing machines. This system can be used in conjunction with various specifications of pendulum testing machines. The system can accurately provide test data such as impact energy, absorbed energy, maximum force, yield force, unstable crack propagation initiation force, force time waveform, energy time waveform, force displacement waveform, energy displacement waveform, etc. by controlling the swing angle of the pendulum, testing the swing back angle of the pendulum, and real-time monitoring of the force acting on the specimen during the impact process, providing accurate and reliable test results for the experiment.
The entire testing system is designed using advanced virtual instrument technology, combining testing and control, with complete functions, accurate data testing, beautiful and elegant software interface, and easy operation.

4、 Main features of the equipment
The equipment adopts Siemens PLC from Germany as the lower computer control, and a branded computer as the upper computer control. The upper computer program adopts VB programming and RS232 communication method to complete data exchange and instruction transmission between the upper and lower computers, fully utilizing the powerful functions of the PC for data processing, report processing, etc. Using a high-precision rotary encoder controlled by internal meters to obtain the real-time position of the pendulum and obtain the impact absorption energy. It has the characteristics of system reliability, stability, and accurate data.
