2、 Scheme description:
The working principle of this device is to use a high-precision photoelectric encoder and a computer with dedicated measurement and control software to detect the impact absorption energy and material impact toughness by detecting the difference in potential energy before and after the impact of the pendulum. The display mode is dual display: that is, the dial pointer and the computer are displayed simultaneously. Computers can display impact absorption energy and impact toughness, as well as automatically process test data and generate test reports. Actions such as swinging, retracting, impacting, and releasing can be manually controlled by a manual control box or automatically controlled by mouse input using computer programs, and test results can be printed in batches or sequentially.
The equipment adopts Siemens PLC from Germany as the lower computer control, and a branded computer as the upper computer control. The upper computer program adopts VB programming and RS232 communication method to complete data exchange and instruction transmission between the upper and lower computers, fully utilizing the powerful functions of the PC for data processing, report processing, etc. Using a high-precision rotary encoder controlled by internal meters to obtain the real-time position of the pendulum and obtain the impact absorption energy. It has the characteristics of system reliability, stability, and accurate data.
