working principle

The production process of anthraquinone dye screw extrusion granulator involves the use of an automatic elevator to feed the material that has undergone internal mixing into a double cone feeder. The double cone feeder forces the material evenly into the main machine screw, and under the compression, shearing, and external heating of the screw, the material undergoes mixing and plasticization. The temperature and pressure gradually increase, presenting a viscous flow state, and the particles are extruded and cut at a certain pressure through the machine head, finally obtaining the desired shape.

Main Features

1. The single screw granulator integrates mixing, lifting, feeding, extrusion, air-cooled cutting, and air-cooled cooling to achieve automated continuous operation, resulting in high production efficiency;
2. The single screw granulator has mixing, feeding, and extrusion sections that can be heated by electric heating, steam heating, or hot oil circulation heating technology according to the customer's choice. The temperature control requirements vary depending on the different materials to be produced;
3. The mixer adopts the technology of "four sided synchronous wear-resistant mixing chamber", which has high efficiency, low energy consumption, sufficient plasticization, and uniform dispersion;
4. The feeding device adopts our company's technology, which can assist in the mixing of mixed materials and forcibly feed the single screw extruder to improve granulation efficiency and quality;
5. Both the double cone screw and single screw are driven by AC frequency conversion technology, which can adapt to various process technology requirements;
6. The front of the machine head adopts a hydraulic quick screen changing device, which saves time, effort, and is environmentally friendly;
7. The granulator adopts a rotary blade and a fine adjustment device for air-cooled hot cutting of granules;
8. The cooling of granular materials adopts cyclone separator transportation and drum type cooling machine or disc type vibrating screen;

9. The electronic control system adopts PLC, visual interface and frequency conversion technology to achieve full automation control.

Scope of application

The single screw extruder unit is mainly used for filling, blending, modifying, increasing, chlorinating, processing polypropylene and superabsorbent resins of rubber and engineering resins; Extrusion of biodegradable masterbatch, polyamide condensation, and polyurethane polymerization reaction; Granulation of carbon powder and magnetic powder, preparation of insulation materials, sheath materials, low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant PVC cable materials, and various silane crosslinking materials for cables. Small models are mainly used for scientific research and teaching.

Wet powder mixture: The screw extrusion granulator is particularly suitable for processing wet powder mixtures, which are extruded through a sieve to obtain qualified particles.

Various powdered materials: The screw extrusion granulator is suitable for granulating various powdered materials, including chemical raw materials, food additives, rubber additives, plastic additives, powdered activated carbon, catalysts, feed, pesticides, dyes, pigments, daily chemical products, etc.
