working principle
Anthraquinone Double Cone Rotary Vacuum Drying MachineAdopting a double cone rotary tank design, operating under vacuum conditions. Heat transfer oil, hot water or steam is introduced into the tank through a jacket for heating, and the heat is fully in contact with the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. The water vapor evaporated from wet materials after heating is efficiently extracted through vacuum pumps and vacuum exhaust pipes. Due to the continuous rotation of the tank, the material constantly flips up and down, inside and outside, which not only accelerates the drying speed but also ensures that the material can be uniformly heated and dried.

structural characteristics
Tank design: The tank of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double cone shape, and the interior is heated by introducing heat transfer oil, hot water or steam through a jacket. The tank body is made of SUS304 stainless steel or enamel material to ensure durability and sterility requirements.
Transmission part: The dryer is driven to rotate at low speed around a horizontal axis (speed range 0-10 revolutions per minute) through a first stage belt transmission, a second stage worm gear reducer (or continuously variable transmission), and a third stage chain transmission. Easy to operate, equipped with a start stop button.
Vacuum system: The dryer has excellent vacuum sealing performance, with residual pressure maintained between 5333Pa and 10000Pa, allowing the solvent in the material to quickly vaporize under vacuum conditions, achieving rapid drying.

Adapt to materials
This machine is suitable for vacuum drying and mixing of powder and granular materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals, especially for materials with the following requirements:
1. Cannot accept high temperature thermosensitive materials;
2. Easy to oxidize and hazardous materials;
3. Materials that require the recovery of solvents and toxic gases;
4. Require materials with extremely low residual volatile matter content;
5. Require thorough and uniform mixing of materials.
Product Features
(1) During the vacuum drying process, the pressure inside the cylinder is always lower than atmospheric pressure, resulting in fewer gas molecules, lower density, and lower oxygen content. Therefore, it can dry easily oxidized drugs and reduce the chance of material contamination.
(2) Due to the direct proportionality between temperature and vapor pressure during the vaporization process, the moisture content in the material can vaporize at low temperatures during vacuum drying, achieving low-temperature drying, which is particularly suitable for the production of drugs with heat sensitive materials.
(3) Vacuum drying can eliminate the surface hardening phenomenon that is prone to occur during atmospheric hot air drying. This is because there is a large pressure difference between the inside and surface of the vacuum dried material, and under the pressure gradient, moisture quickly moves towards the surface, without surface hardening.
(4) Due to the small temperature gradient between the inside and outside of the material during vacuum drying, the moisture can move and collect independently due to the reverse osmosis effect, effectively overcoming the phenomenon of separation caused by hot air drying.
