Working principle and usage method
1. The control system of the controlled object workbench is composed of KEL-2000 digital temperature control instrument sensors, etc. The temperature displayed by the KEL-2000 digital temperature control instrument in the measurement state is the temperature of the center point of the measured object in the heating table, and its heating table outputs a safe voltage of 36V. When the controlled object is below the set temperature, the green light on the instrument panel flashes and is in the heating state. When the set temperature range is reached, the red light flashes, and the working state is in the insulation state. There is a "temperature setting" knob and a "setting display" button below the digital display screen of the instrument panel for adjusting the temperature.
2 Insert the wire interface of the constant temperature workbench into the output interface of the temperature controller (please align the core wire and connect it firmly)
3 Press the "power switch" button in the lower right corner, and the temperature controller will display the factory preset temperature. If you need a specific temperature for observation, the operation method is to press the "set. display" button, and the temperature controller will be in the set temperature state. At this time, adjust the "temperature setting" knob in the lower left corner to reach the desired temperature. After completing the above operation, press the "set. display" button again, and the temperature controller will be in the temperature measurement state (the displayed temperature is the measured temperature, do not adjust the "temperature setting" knob). You will see the thermostat gradually rise/fall to the temperature you have set; After reaching the set temperature, the red insulation display light will continue to flash, and you can now observe the constant temperature.
